If it doesn’t match your space or expectations, returning it is simple and stress-free. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 48 hours of your request.

📝 How to Request a Return
You can initiate a return in two ways:
- Log in via our website's login section using your email. You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP), after which you can choose your order and begin the return process.
- Or, just email us at support@carpetplanet.co with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll assist you and send your prepaid return label.
📦 If You Receive a Damaged or Wrong Item
Please check your carpet as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage or receive the wrong product, just contact us right away. We'll send you a replacement or full refund—no need to return the damaged rug.
💰 Refund Process
- Within 3 business days of receiving your return, we’ll issue your refund.
- It may take 5–7 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
